Everything on this site — the Archive, Guides, Articles, and Tools — is published for educational and informational purposes only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it does not create a doctor–patient or practitioner–client relationship of any kind.
Training, nutrition, supplementation, and compound-related decisions can carry real health consequences. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before making changes based on anything you read here. If you experience concerning symptoms, seek medical care promptly — do not wait on internet content.
Compound records describe what the research actually shows — mechanisms, evidence quality, and uncertainty. They are not instructions. This site provides no dosing, no protocols, no cycles, no stacks, and no sourcing. Any personal-experience content is a first-person n=1 anecdote: what one person did and what happened — not proof of anything, and not a recommendation for you.
Sources are cited so you can verify claims independently, and you should. Science updates, and despite best efforts some content may become outdated or contain errors. Regulatory status of compounds also varies by jurisdiction and sport — check your local laws and your federation's banned-substance list (e.g. WADA) yourself.
Interactive tools on this site (calculators, trackers, MaxxLineup) are measurement and organization aids. They do not estimate body fat, diagnose conditions, or score your physique — the data you put in is the evidence you get out.
If this site ever includes affiliate or referral links, they will be clearly disclosed next to the link. Product mentions reflect genuine use, not paid placement, unless stated otherwise.
